The ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I - Instructional Classes  -  February 19 and 23  (4:30 - 8:00 PM) -  Written and Performance Exams on February 26 at (4:00 - 8:00 PM).

For the instructional class on February 19 bring a pen and highlighter ,and on February 23 bring  latex gloves and safety shoes . On February 26 for the exam bring a picture ID, No.2 pencil and calculator.

4.0 CPC/PDH can be obtained after passing both the written and practical exams.

Four learning objectives for this course are;

1. obtain the Knowledge to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete
2. understanding when a composite concrete sample is required and how to obtain it
3. understanding the time allowed to perform the specified tests and mold the strength test specimens
4. Understanding the two air content tests and when they are appropriate to be used
