Instructional classes on December 23 and 30 with the performance and written exams administered on January 4,2021.

4:30 -  8:30 PM

All  MUST wear face covering at all time

Bring latex gloves and safety shoes for December 23 and January 4,2021

A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours of the start date.
